Graduation
Graduation takes place on 10 June, the day after you arrive. I will be having lunch in college from 12h20 on, then I "robe up" in the porters lodge in college and the ceremony starts at 14h30. You should be in the Sheldonian Theatre by 14h00 since seating is unreserved. Tea is served for us in college from 16h15 to 17h15. Videos are sold after the ceremony (£28 for DVD), and I guess photos too.
Accommodation is booked in college for the nights of 9 and 10 June, and I'm going to see if I can get 11 June too.
Marie and John
Marie and John are arriving around 1 June, staying in Evesham. From 2 until (I think) 17 June they will be on the Avon Canal (see Slow Travel and Holiday UK, with map, for more). For immediate reference, the Avon Ring is between Evesham and Warwick on the map.
Our only free day to see them is 11 June, and it's not clear where exactly they'll be. We'll have a car, so we'll find them.
Visiting the Houldens

We're driving up in a borrowed car, leaving on Sunday morning, stopping for lunch with the Voyseys near Stratford, and overnighting in Burnley. On the way back, we're staying for 2 nights near Lake Windemere. Kendal, on the map, is in the Lake District, near Windemere.
Ox-based
The days marked "Ox-based" can include some of the following:
Heritage Motor Centre, Banbury, Oxfordshire
Silverstone racetrack (Grand Prix 11 June, the day after graduation!)
London/Cambridge
London is, well, London. Donna is about half an hour from Cambridge and the same from London, so it's ideal for either of those. I've put the cruise on Saturday, as Heidi lives in Richmond which is near(ish) to Hampton Court, so we can take a nice cruise down there. But you may not want to have 3 consecutive days of "London Pass" exhaustion.
